Yes, local anaesthetic is used to numb the areas and the pain will be very minimal.
Hair growth will be visible after about 3 months. Significant hair growth is seen after 8 months of surgery and full results are seen after 12-16 months.
The scalp may experience some redness, however after a week, no indication of surgery will be visible.
No, the transplanted hair follicles will remain on your scalp permanently and will not fall out.
